Thoroughly enjoyed the set last night. From out in the audience, you sounded on the top of your game - completely relaxed and in tune with the atmosphere. There was a palpable sense of excitement in the crowd. Fantastic!
See you soon

It's three days after your performance at Otley, but I just have to say how much I enjoyed the show - stunned is almost the only word for it.::::When I listen to great music (e.g. J S Bach or Brahms), I am so moved that I can't listen to anything else afterwards. I remember feeling like this after hearing the great Artur Rubenstein perform Brahms Second Piano concerto at Newcastle over 20 years ago.::::So you should be pleased to hear I felt rather like this on Friday night. A superb all-round performance - and Bethany you are better than a string of so-called celebrities in the pop world.::::I really think the band should aim to enter some major festivals (Edinburgh for a start) but would like to see you at the Ilkley Summer Festival - my home town.::::In the immortal words of Arnold S - "I'll be back!"::::Best wishes::::Hugh

Have been trying to contact you for a couple of hours to tell you how much we enjoyed last night, but the Internet was playing up. We all thought your performance was superb --- as one friend said, she felt 'energised' by it---quite something on a Friday evening, after a week at work!

Thanks for all the support you give to those of us who want to be as good as you guys!

hi guys. just ripped your cd (email me a postal address and i'll send you some cash) very cool stuff. -are the sentiments of 'outside of the inside' genuine? Einstein was no blasphemer.
["Outside of the Inside" is Richard Thompson trying to get inside the head of a Taliban fighter, or Muslim fundamentalist, so a lot of it is ironic, in the sense that he didn't believe it himself. I used to be a physics teacher, so have always been very amused by the line "What do we need physics for?"

Just discovered the guestbook. Neat! I'd like to add my thanks for your wonderful performance (risking life and limb!) down at the Abbey last weekend. Even among a lot of strong performances, yours stood out! If (when?) we do it again, I hope you'll come back!

Jul 15, 2006 from James (the lanky one in the band)

Thank you all very much for your perfomance at our music festival on Saturday - without you and the other performers we would not have had a festival - your performance was great - I am a real fan.

I think they're super! I booked them for their gig in The Shepherds Rest and was very impressed. The response we got back following the event was very positive and I have since booked them for performances in our other pubs...come and see them, its more than just a gig...

Many thanks for letting me in on the rehearsal on Sunday, I really enjoyed the music, powerful yet under control, traditional yet wonderfully varied. As I said at the time you make a lot happen for three people, and the set seems intelligently put together. I did enjoy the original stuff, don’t hide it away!
